About Me
My name is Sandra Massey, I am a qualified and accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist who is based in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. I am a member of both the National Counselling Society and National Hypnotherapy Society, and as such I abide by and adhere by their ethical codes and standards.

Alongside my practice I work with adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). I am also fluent in British Sign Language.
How I Can Help You
I offer flexible services in counselling and hypnotherapy around school and work commitments, these include evening appointments.

My fees vary from £30-£45. Please enquire about my concessions for students, front line workers and people on low incomes.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that if 24 hours notice of cancellation is not given clients will be liable for 100% of the cost of the session. All cancellations must be acknowledged by myself either in text or by email. In such circumstances reasonable endeavours will be made to offer a replacement appointment. Each case is treated individually.
